Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L1) to join our team.    

Your responsibilities:

  • User support;
  • Writing user manuals;
  • Reading technical documentation.

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Proficient knowledge of Windows 10 (configuration, installation, troubleshooting);
  • Basic understanding of local network operation;
  • Ability to communicate in English via email (at least intermediate B1 level).

A plus would be:

  • Experience in technical support;
  • Experience with any ticketing system;
  • Knowledge of AD and corporate networks
